Antioch Pavement Rehabilitation PW 392-31

A. Work to be Performed: The work shall generally consist of cold planing existing roadway sections, installing asphalt concrete plugs and placement of a ½-inch PMAR Chip Seal with an application of Micro-surfacing on top (i.e. Antioch Cape Seal). Additional work shall include, but not be limited to, constructing concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, and curb ramps, adjusting utilities to grade, roadway surface preparation, removal of vegetation, temporary pavement markings and markers, installation of permanent pavement markings and markers, traffic control, and water pollution control. B. Location: Hillcrest Avenue between Deer Valley Road and Lone Tree Way, Gentrytown Drive between Buchannan Road and James Donlon Boulevard and Delta Fair Boulevard between Somersville Road and Buchannan Road in Antioch, California.
