Public Projects

Work to be Performed: The project will consist of installing traffic striping, pavement markings and markers and traffic calming devices including all work shown on the project plans.

Work to be Performed: The work shall generally consist of the fabrication and installation of signage within parks throughout the City of Antioch. Additional work includes mounting assemblies, connections, and foundations, excavations, lighting, and traffic control.

Work to be Performed: The work generally consists of renovating the existing building located at 800 West 2nd Street in Antioch, California, including demolition, carpentry wood framing, gypsum wall systems, carpeting, LVT tiling, casework, ballistic glazing system, aluminum storefront doors and frames, doors and knockdown frames, wood doors, interior windows, acoustical ceiling systems, acoustical insulation, painting and coating, signage, roof hatch and ladder, miscellaneous interior specialties, and electrical and low voltage systems.

Work to be Performed: The work shall generally consist of constructing concrete curb ramps in existing sidewalks. Additional work shall include, but not be limited to, removing and replacing concrete sidewalk, curb, gutter and valley gutter, replacing and relocating existing landscaping and other facilities, removing and replacing asphalt concrete paving, replacing pavement marking and markers, traffic control, and water pollution control.

Work to be Performed: The work shall generally consist of the placement of an ½-inch PMAR Chip Seal with an application of Micro-surfacing on top (i.e. Antioch Cape Seal) to residential streets. Additional work shall include, but not be limited to, surface preparation, removal of vegetation, pavement markings and markers, installation of permanent pavement markings and markers, traffic control, and water pollution control.

Work to be Performed: The work shall generally consist of removing and replacing concrete flatwork, adjusting existing facilities to grade, removing, relocating and reinstalling existing facilities, installing new facilities, water pollution control and all other work shown on the plans.

Work to be Performed: The work shall generally consist of resurfacing the Lap Pool and Boulder Pool at the Prewett Water Park including the removal and replacement of the following components: concrete coping, underwater pool lighting, handrails, inlet and outlet fittings, VGB-compliant drain covers, lane line hooks, and the pool plaster surface, adjusting existing facilities to grade, relocating and reinstalling existing facilities, water pollution control and all other work shown on the plans.

Work to be Performed: The work shall generally consist of installation services converting approximately 1,050 streetlights to Light Emitting Diode (LED) fixtures throughout the City. This work will include both cobra head fixtures, as well as non-cobra head fixtures. These fixtures will be a combination of both LED screw-in retrofit kit installations and LED flood light installations. LED streetlight fixtures/kits will be provided by the City.

Work to be Performed: The work shall generally consist of renovating the existing Nick Rodriguez Community/Senior Center roof. The work shall include, but not be limited to, removal and disposal of existing roof, removal and replacement of existing roof structure where applicable, and installation of new City Supplied modified bitumen roofing system.

Work to be Performed: The work shall generally consist of cold planing existing roadway sections, installing asphalt concrete plugs and leveling courses at various locations. Additional work shall include, but not be limited to, adjusting utilities to grade, installing traffic striping, pavement markings and markers, traffic control, and water pollution control.
