CDBG Downtown Roadway Pavement Rehabilitation, Phase 9, PW 678-9

The work shall consist of roadway reconstruction, cold planing existing roadway sections and installing asphalt concrete roadway overlays. Additional work shall include, but not be limited to,constructing concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, valley gutter and curbramps, removing and relocating existing facilities, tree removal, adjusting utilities to grade, placing pavement marking sandm arkers, traffic control, and water pollution control.
